Bumps

As I am eating better and consistently fasting.

The weight is dropping.

It feels fabulous.

But I am finding myself rubbing my body unconsciously. I am finding hard bumping tissue, obviously being exposed now a layer of fat is slowly melting away.

It is nothing I am worried about.

It is just interesting.

One week it was my ribs and the next it was my shins and this week it is my upper chest.

So much healing!

I love that I just need to fast and eat well and my body can magically do the rest!

Today, I remembered to eat less. I had just one jar of my super smoothie.

But it was still too heavy.

As much as I want chocolate on Monday Mornings after my fast, I really need to go the green smoothie route.
