Inhale.

Realise you slept in and are now officially running late.

Exhale.

Have a shower. Move swiftly!

Inhale.

Magically embrace the flow and can still sit and enjoy breakfast.

Exhale.

More and more I am realising that most days do not go to My Plan.

But nonetheless, I can still find alignment to what is really important! Like meditating and eating my raw vegan breakfast! And before, when my priorities were different, I could always find milky coffee and bacon!

Today, I am going to breathe and focus on what a great achievement today really is!

Yes! Today is definitely a day for ease, reflecting and celebrating the small but very big Wins!
