Maca

Slowly, slowly other helpful ingredients are joining my meals.

Today I added an extra large scoop of Maca powder to my smoothie. A bit too much, the Malt taste was overpowering. But that is ok. Because it is all learning!

I was still able to enjoy my smoothie and still reached the sweet spot of satisfaction with today’s meal… despite the extreme malty flavoured smoothie. Yay!!

Despite my smoothie failure, today is a winner day!

I like adding different elements to my meals, because diversity in my ingredients is important. I don’t want to add heaps of superpowders to my smoothie everyday, but having one or two at a time and rotating through a large variety of superpowders over the year feels fun, healthy and budget friendly.

Variety is the spice of life!
