Slow

Today was a success.

I ate my raw vegan breakfast and it definitely hit the satisfaction spot. Yay!

But this morning was also a wicked hot mess. I woke up late, didn’t plan my morning and it was a rush! Simply NOT FUN!

So yes Raw Vegan is essential. But so is a Slow Serenity pace to my morning where I can eat calmly with ease and have plenty of time. Rushing to eat my food, even if it’s great food, doesn’t feel healthy!

So my new dream is to set a Morning alarm and to create a Slow easy going Morning flow where I have plenty of time to do everything in a calm easy way!

Tomorrow is a fasting day, so I am starting my extended fast and feel good and ready! I am sure the extra fasting time will help me get into that Slow Serenity headspace!!
