Day 1: Anger

Today, Anger is a resource. A powerful emotion to help me take much needed again.

It feels good to take action. I drank my smoothie, prepared my travel tea.

Instead of letting the anger consume me and be self directed. I am allowing it to propel me forward.

I am allowing the anger to be directed at the appropriate places. Addiction. Sugar. Advertisements the prey on my psychology.

It feels nice to make space in my life for anger. Much nicer then repressing it with another coffee.
