I eat plants for breakfast. A little bit strange, a little bit odd… but mostly it is absolutely fabulous!
A big green smoothie, a bowl of nuts or maybe some raw granola with almond milk and some lavish raw vegan chocolate to finish up my meal.
Elements change… but basically it’s the same. Day in and day out.
Plants for breakfast.
Pure and simple!
Now, why do I eat this way you may ask? I eat this way because it gives me the freedom to invest more time at the beach living my dream sun kissed life. (And more time for other good things too… like reading, writing, cleaning, thinking and playing in the park with my Cherubs.)
And, I actually like to eat this way. More then like, I feel deep appreciation and love for the way I eat. It has brought me deep inner peace and a feeling of harmony now runs through my daily existence. (That’s why I write about it.)
